“ The hubby wanted us to try this bar and grill out in the middle of nowhere after hearing how good the food was. This place is a bit run down looking but the food was EXCELLENT. The price was cheap for what you get. The service was good and attentive. The atmosphere was dim and with a hidden bar vibe. I'm going to say one of the top burgers on my list of reviews. Very please we came here. ”

“ This was our first visit and it did not disappoint. We had the giant pork tenderloin and onion rings. Both were excellent. The waitress was friendly and waited on us in a timely manner. Highly recommend ”

“ We placed a takeout order on a Wednesday night and it was packed! Tons of people sitting at the bar enjoying drinks, which was a good sign. My girlfriend and I went to pick it up at the time they said it would be ready, but they said we'd have to wait a few minutes when we arrived, which we were fine with. About 10 minutes went by before we noticed a blank plastic bag at the other end of the bar. A few more minutes went by before the bartender picked up that bag and brought it to us- it turns out our food had been sitting for a few minutes. When we brought it home, everything was super soggy from sitting in styrofoam containers. The tenderloin was excellent- perfectly breaded and enough to feed an entire family for at least 2 meals. They give you plenty of veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion) if that's your kind of thing, I stuck to just putting ketchup on mine and it was fine. I ordered the Philly Steak Wrap and fries. The wrap was tasty- I've never had a philly cheesesteak with mushrooms, but they actually work in this wrap. I was able to save the other half for later, and it heated up nicely the next day. The fries were the most disappointing thing. When I opened them they were freezing cold and limp, with no crisp at all. If I had an airfryer I could have salvaged them, but alas, I resorted to lots of ketchup to get them down. I would love to return to this place, but next time I'll probably just eat inside and enjoy a few drinks. It wouldn't be fair to totally bash this place based on takeout because the experience is optimized for dine-in. ”

“ Great service. Awesome food. Famous for their awesome tenderloins but I can tell ya just about everything on that menu is awesome. Prices are affordable and beer is COLD. Most importantly service was great, honestly best service I have received since the COVID shut down. I WILL BE BACK! ”

“ Our last day here in Illinois on our roadtrip with Marc's kids n grandkids. This is Marc's favorite place and just had to show it off to his kids as the tenderloins are huge and I mean huge.....I will admit, they were good. You could share them with 3 people and still be full. The place is a bar in a small town.... but the food is amazing. If you just bought the Tenderloin which was $10.00, you dont need fries, appetizers, soup, salad, etc. As this is plenty. AND YES, $10.00!!! Highly recommend ”
